Program includes all of the following:

  • Participate in consistent 1-to-1 virtual sessions to receive personalized support from the Registered Dietitian over the course of 3 months. Together, we’ll develop a sustainable action plan to help you reach your nutrition and lifestyle goals.


  • Connect with the Registered Dietitian via messaging on a weekly basis to resolve any questions in between sessions and stay motivated.

  • Receive support and guidance on planning your meals according to your unique needs and lifestyle.
