Hi, I’m Ashley — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist passionate about helping busy women feel confident in their bodies without restrictive diets. I specialize in supporting career-driven women and mothers who are ready to break the cycle of dieting and build sustainable, joyful eating habits. With a background in psychology from Columbia University and a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, I blend science, culture, and compassion to support women in achieving their health goals while embracing their curves and cultural identity.

Licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania, I bring years of experience in clinical research and nutrition counseling to guide clients toward long-term wellness without restriction. I’m also the host of The Nutrition Scoop podcast, where I break down nutrition myths and share realistic wellness strategies tailored to women managing demanding careers, family life, and everything in between. Now based in Philadelphia, I live with my husband and two energetic children — and when I’m not working, you’ll find me practicing yoga, traveling, or enjoying delicious meals and meaningful connections.
